Information on payment methods
Notes on the payment methods used by boardbutter.de:
We reserve the right to temporarily deactivate individual payment methods.
Klarna:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the provision of the service. The terms and conditions for invoice purchases for deliveries to Germany can be found at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_de/invoice?fee=0
and for deliveries to Austria at
https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/EID/de_at/invoice?fee=0 . - Instalment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Instalment payments are due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. - Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.
- Direct Debit: The debit will be made after the goods have been dispatched. You will be notified of the exact date by e-mail. (Please only list payment methods that you actually offer.)
The use of the payment methods invoice, instalment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data to Klarna during the initiation and processing of the purchase agreement for the purpose of address and credit assessment. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. Google Pay:
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, following the verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment data stored in your app for the transaction. Further information can be found at:

Apple Pay:
You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, following the verification steps. Giropay:
giropay is the online payment method of German banks and savings banks. You can link giropay directly to your checking account. If you don't have a giropay account yet, you can register quickly and easily with giropay.
PayPal:
Just a few steps to pay:
1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and invoice purchase via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
4. Afterwards, you will be redirected back to us (www.boardbutter.de).
Shopify Payments:
For payment, we offer the following payment methods in cooperation with Shopify Payments:

Sofort by Klarna:
Sofortüberweisung - Pay simply and directly.
"Sofort." is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. This allows them to ship stock goods and digital goods immediately - so you receive your purchases faster. Please note that payment via Sofortüberweisung is only possible up to a maximum order value of €999.
