Yes! Board Butter can be applied to all uncoated (unfinished) types of wood.
Yes! Board Butter can be used on all untreated (unvarnished) wood surfaces and is also a great solution for e.g. dining tables.
Board Butter has an almost unlimited shelf life. This also applies after opening the package!
Yes! Board Butter appears yellowish in the packaging due to the high proportion of pure, real beeswax, but it is virtually colorless after application.
However, the oil it contains enhances the grain, which results in a darker coloring of the wood.
If the pure, light appearance of the wood is to be maintained, we recommend using clear varnish.
